TRACTOR TUNING

MORE ACRES PER HOUR, LESS FUEL PER ACRE!

Use less fuel per acre!

Adding horsepower and torque with custom tractor tuning means you can take advantage of the principle called "Shift Up, Throttle Back!". Simply put, you use the extra power to run a higher gear and maintain your normal speed. This results in using less RPM to get the same job done. Lower RPMs mean less fuel.

5 Most Common Questions About Tractor Tuning!

Is tuning safe for my tractor?

Our custom tuning retains all factory safety monitoring equipment and limiters. The OEM built overhead into the system, custom tuning lets you tap into that power without sacrificing reliability.  Your engine and powertrain likely were fitted in several models and tuned (from the factory) at different power levels. We simply give you access to that power for a fraction of the cost compared to the dealership.

How does custom tractor tuning work?

When using the Power Manager by Calibrated Power, the process is simple. You're going to Read the stock file through the round 9-Pin connector. Email us the stock file. Then flash the tune file we email back to you through the same round 9-pin connector.

Will this tuning reduce my fuel cost?

If you can maintain the same speed in a higher gear that will result in less RPM doing the same job. This is how you can lower your fuel cost while maintaining the efficiency you're used to.

Can I delete the emissions?

Our tuning will not help you delete the emissions equipment. The EPA has cracked down on this hard and it simply is not an option.

CASE 375 STX HD

A 50-horsepower bump for a CASE 375 STX HD, 14.9L QSX, made all the difference for one earthmoving operation in northeast Arkansas. The tractor up rate helped the tractor maintain ground speed despite the increasingly heavy load, saving time and money for the owner. In fact, the up rate eliminated the need for the owner to buy a new tractor, saving tens of thousands of dollars.

Let's talk about how much power you need.

Our expert staff will be happy to dial in the exact power increase you need. First, we need to understand your situation better. Are you running a chisel plow through hard ground? Does your toughest field have a lot of hills that require more power to get through?

Our custom tractor tuning can add up to 20-30% more power.  You may or may not need that much power. Our goal is to get you the safest and most effective up-rate possible. Complete the "Up-Rate Quote" form so one of our staff members can provide you with more details.
