How to tune Stealth 351VE/300VG Turbos

2007.5-2012 model year, see the CMC/CMD tab 

-These trucks use a transfer function to convert the number in the vane tables back into actual vane position.  The transfer table is labeled C4507 in the 2007.5-2009 trucks and C4558 in the 2010-2012 trucks.  The transfer table must be set to stock in order for our vane position tables to work.  There’s a stock version in the spreadsheet, copy/paste as needed. 

-Then simply copy/paste the minimum and maximum tables from the spreadsheet into your tune. Remember to hit the CSP or related switchable spots.  These are a great place to start

-These tables were developed on an emissions equipped truck.  They can be used on a 68rfe, Aisin, or Cab Chassis.  

-You may have an idle/off idle surge if you don’t have factory emissions equipment.  In that case, you can continue to use your pre-existing min/max tables from row 700-1000 RPM.

-These tables were developed on an emissions-equipped truck.  They can be used on a 68rfe, Aisin, or Cab Chassis.  Your load axis may be mm3 instead of torque, it’s okay - continue to copy/paste our table in. 

-You may have an idle/off idle surge if you don’t have factory emissions equipment.  In that case, you can continue to use your pre-existing min/max tables from row 700-1000 RPM.
